MY STORY
From Technical Engineering to Digital Business Growth
I am a Security Systems Engineer, Digital Marketing Professional and PRINCE2 Practitioner with more than 25 years of experience across technical services, customer consultation, business development and project delivery.
My career began in steel fabrication, gate automation and electronic security systems. Over the years, I progressed into the installation, maintenance, design and consultation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, fire detection, intercoms and integrated security solutions.
Alongside my technical career, I developed a strong interest in website design and digital marketing. I completed formal Digital Marketing training through the University of Cape Town and WordPress Search Engine Optimisation training through FlossNet.
I have since applied these skills to real businesses and online platforms, including Profixer, AVS Security South Africa and AVS Security UK. My work has included WordPress website development, SEO service pages, blog content, Google Ads, Meta advertising, local SEO and online lead-generation strategies.
